Shout
Shout is a free, confidential, 24/7 text messaging support service. Simply text the word ‘SHOUT’ to 85258 and their trained volunteers will be there to listen any time of day or night. No messages to Shout will appear on your phone bill.

The Hub of Hope is a mental health support database provided by national mental health charity, Chasing the Stigma. Calm
Calm is a subscription app to aid sleep, meditation and relaxation. From meditation sessions, gentle stretching videos and mindfulness programmes, to soothing music, free resources and relaxing nature scenes and sounds, Calm has been downloaded by millions of people to improve their mental health.

ACAS (Advisory, Conciliation and Arbitration Service)
ACAS provides free and impartial information and advice to employers and employees on all aspects of workplace relations and employment law, including mental health. ACAS supports good relationships between employers and employees, but also provides conciliation services to resolve workplace problems.

Mind Infoline
